Stella Blue Seaside Resort

The resort is very beautiful and well kept 2 great pools plus 2 other for small children Large rooms with big balconies Very friendly and helpful staff The all inclusive food was better than expected The beach is 1 min away. Although public, is very affordable (8 eur for 2 sunbeds + umbrella). 10 min walk to Analipsi center (15 with a kid) 2 supermarkets nearby and 1 on site

I booked this hotel last minute for my Daughter and her friend as they arrived at their hotel booked by Love Holidays and it was appalling. When they arrived at Europa they were over the moon and they couldnt have been nicer. They even upgraded their room due to the horrible experience they had (not Europa's fault). Thank you Europa for giving my Daughter the holiday that she deserved and for putting my mind at rest

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff were absolutely faultless. So accommodating, so friendly and a real credit to the hotel. When we checked in we were greeted with an arrival drink and a lovely man who took all our belongings to our room. We arrived late so missed dinner, but they were kind enough to bring up some left over food to our room, a real nice touch. Our stay was made extra special as we got upgraded(without asking for this) to a pool view room with a jacuzzi overlooking the main pool, which was incredible. The hotel itself is beautiful, the decor, the pool, the restaurant, overlooking the sea, makes you feel like you’re in a luxury location. The food had a great selection and was different each day. Very tasty and felt like very good quality, some of the best buffet food I’ve ever personally had. If you stay for 7 or more nights you get a complimentary 3 course meal at the a la carte restaurant, this was a wonderful experience and feels like a restaurant away from the hotel due to the service you receive and the food was exceptional. The drinks were also great, majority of the drinks/cocktails were included within the all inclusive and they were very tasty, always an option for someone from cocktails, to wine, spirits or beer. The entertainment was great, didn’t need to leave the hotel for evening entertainment as the entertainment at the hotel was of a good standard! We had a late flight on our check out day but they still look after you and let you use shower facilities, anything you needed was never a problem for them. They say it’s a 12+ hotel rather than adults only but it felt more like an adults only as never saw any children/teenagers so naturally was more peaceful and had the adults only feel to it. Overall - 10/10 recommend this hotel if you want a nice relaxing week away in the sun, with good quality food and drinks and staff that genuinely care for your experience with them.

The staff was very helpful and positive. Location of the hotel is convenient - not too far away from Hersonissos also the airport is only 30 minutes away (with car). The food was delicious and every lunch and dinner - different menu. At the beginning of our visit we found a mini gift from the owner of the hotel in our room, which was a really lovely surprise. All in all, only the best recommendations for this hotel!

Well-sized hotel in a quiet area of Analipsi. Stylish and modern front pool area with nice and very comfortable day beds. Bus stop (to Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos) right in front of the hotel. Supermarket in walking distance. For beach access you just need to cross the street. The whole resort was very clean. We had a refurbished and quiet room with a big rooftop terrace which we really enjoyed. Good value for money. Nice fruit and salad bar at the buffet. Staff at the pool bar and the restaurant (during dinner) were very friendly :)
